Return Policy

Return Period

You can request a return within 4 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• A clear unboxing video is required as proof for any return request. The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the issue (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

• The return request must be submitted within 4 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items without an unboxing video

• Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

• Requests made after the 4-day window

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
